'Tis the Season

This post is part 1 of 2 of some of the fang-tastic events to celebrate Halloween in and around Ayrshire and Glasgow. Another blog post highlighting even more local events will be uploaded soon!  For the Families – M&D’s Pumpkin Outdoor Festival 2021  Running from Saturday 9th of October until Sunday 31st October, selected dates and times. There are several different pumpkin picking events around Glasgow but this one is my favourite for families due to the extras in place to ensure that visitors have the best Halloween experience possible. Visitors can not only pick a pumpkin from the patch but also enjoy storytelling by Folksy Theatre, play the ‘Bash a Pumpkin’ game, and even ride the Pumpkin Express train! There are also 2 ASN sessions for families with children who may need a wee bit of extra support during events like these, meaning everyone can join in on the fun.
